LOVE BASIS! 

Hello beautiful people!! 

Happy new week! May this new week bring many blessings our ways IJN. (Amen)

Some few weeks ago, I listened to some messages by some notable role models and preachers of the word of God. And I really need to share some important points because there is love in sharing they sayyyyyyyyy!😄

Quick question! How do you really tell if you are in love with someone??

Well, as for me ‘Love” is not just a word, it is not just a feeling, it is not just emotions. There is more to love I must say. 

NB: Love is in stages. 

Crush; is an intense infatuation. 

Infatuation is a desire with a passion or to feel with extravagant love or admiration. 

Love is a powerful emotion set for another person. Love is also manifesting deep affection or devotion for someone. 

Love begins with what you give to a relationship, not what you can get. A strong sexual attraction for someone doesn’t mean you are good together, though it can be the beginning of love. 

NB: You can’t build a relationship on body intimacy or body attraction. 

Before you love someone, don’t just be attracted to their body, love them spiritually, love them mentally, love them intellectually, love them socially, love their values and goals, love their dreams, love who they are, where they are going, be able to accept their background. (Amos 3:3)

NB: Can two walk together except they agree???

There’s nothing like love at first sight but attraction at first sight. There’s a strong crush at first sight. 

A crush can develop into love if we give it time and get to know that the way we feel at the outside is the same way we feel at the inside. 

It takes time to fall in love. 

NB: You don’t fall in love, you grow in love.  (1 Cor 13:4)

Love is not selfish, Love is selfless. Love will give you everything even when it is not convenient because you should be a blessing to each other. 

Love is patient, love grows, love fortifies, love is never jealous, rude. True love motivates positive behavior. Infatuation had a destructive effect on people.

Love has a constructive effect on your personality and brings out the best in you.
