Hello people,
October has been such a busy month for me. It’s been full of activities, events, and work.
First and for most, I celebrated my birthday on the 15th of October, then I had a couple of events and then we celebrated 1015events (my event planning company)’s 3rd year anniversary on the 22nd of October. We give God all the glory for his faithfulness.

Lagos living has been stressful and also money consuming in another way. Lagosians know how much stress we go through everyday in terms of transportation, traffic and all the stress that comes with working and hustling in Lagos.

Amidst the Lagos stress, there are ways you can relax and unwind to feel better after a long day Remember we only live once!
Quite a number of times, getting home I usually feel a strong headache amidst wearing my wig all day and of course sometimes having a bad day. You gotta find ways to free yourself from the work load and relax because tomorrow is another beautiful day! (If you know what I mean).
After a long day,
1) On your way home if possible, Listen to good music, music is a therapy and you know it, so listen to good music, get an headset or a Bluetooth to enable you be in your world. Enjoy the therapy!

2) Get home and take a cool or warm shower which ever you prefer, it refreshes you. It a great way to feel refreshed again. It stimulates your hormones and relaxes your nerves.

3) Get something light to eat, getting home to eat something heavy will make you feel more tired.. lol. Eat something light and be good. Eating late at night isn’t too good for our health not to talk of eating heavy foods. The reason is that your metabolic rates goes to a resting state at night and thereby slows the rate of metabolism, they remain in a state till the next morning. So eat moderately and eat something light.

4) Lie down and do nothing for sometime. Lying down calms your nerves. It’s helps you feel relaxed and gives your mind and your body a much needed rest from the day. Don’t lie down to read a book or play with your phone or reply chats, as this won’t give your brain the rest it needs.

5) Do something you love doing. Doing something you love with make you feel more relaxed. Be it reading a book, seeing a movie, playing games, chatting with friends and family, taking to bae and lots more.

These are actually some few things you do just before you catch some sleep.
Trust me, these few ways can really help. Life is too short not to take care of ones self.
Enjoy the rest of your week guys!
Lots of love!❤️
