Life is full of ups and downs. Somewhere, somehow, so many people are facing the worst in their various lives.

Here’s another article, an article I thought would help a disturbed person. Someone who has been hurt emotionally, psychologically, mentally or physically.
Either you have lost someone very dear to your heart, you experienced the worst childhood or any sort of molestation.

Letting go is the best thing you can ever do for yourself. It’s releasing all doubt, worry, and fear about a situation, person or outcome.
It’s releasing anything that disrupts your happiness and no longer serves you on your journey.
Letting go is a choice to decide that you will no longer ruminate on things that are out of your control, and focus on what you can control, instead.
Letting go creates space for fresh beginnings, stripping you of what happened yesterday, and enabling the doors of brand new opportunities to open today.
Letting go is about accepting what is happening right now and not worrying about what will come up tomorrow but believing and trusting God to turn the situation around.
The best thing is to shed the old skin and let the past go with it, move on from your past because you only used to live there(in your past).
The past can hurt, but the way I see it; you can either run from it or learn from it.
A lot of people feel like they are victims in life, and they’ll often point to past events, perhaps growing up with an abusive parent or in a dysfunctional family.
Most psychologists believe that about 85 percent of families are dysfunctional, so all of a sudden you’re not so unique.
The real question is, what are you going to do now?
How do you want to correct what affected you in the past so it won’t affect your present and future?

“You can either keep focusing on that or you can focus on what you want. And when people start focusing on what they want, what they don’t want falls away, and what they want expands, and the other part disappears.”- JACK CANFIELD
A person who sets his or her mind on the dark side of life, who lives over and over the misfortunes and disappointments of the past, prays for similar misfortunes and disappointments in the future. If you will see nothing but ill luck in the future, you are praying for such ill luck and will surely get it”. – PRENTICE MULFORD
You are not defined by your past, it has only prepared you for your glorious future. The Longer you live in the past, the less you have the future to enjoy.
Have a great weekend!!!
